Sugardoom

Sugardoom is the third studio album to be released by Australian singer-songwriter Megan Washington. The album is expected to be released in 2018.[1]

Background

Following with the second studio album release of There There (album), Washington has been composing and working on her material for Sugardoom. After her marriage to Nick Waterman, Sugardoom is summarised as a huge departure from her previous album.

As quoted from the Daily Telegraph newpaper, "Sugardoom is about good old-fashioned love. It was deliberately intended to be a departure from 2014’s There There, an intensely personal EP that in part detailed a broken engagement. The album is described as 'full of lush', ’60s-inspired tones, this album chronicles the intensity of her past two years."[1]
