Sudhir Uttamlal Mehta (born 1954) is an Indian billionaire businessman. Together with his brother, Samir, they run Torrent Group, which was founded by their late father, U. N. Mehta in 1959.

Mehta is a Gujarati[4] and he has a bachelor's degree from Gujarat University.[2]

In March 2017, Sudhir & Samir Mehta's net worth was estimated at US$4 billion. [3]

Mehta has two sons, Jinal and Varun. Jinal Mehta is a director of Torrent Power.[5]
