Maulana Subhan Raza Khan, also known as Subhani Miyan, is former head of a Sufi centre popularly known as Dargah-e-Ala Hazrat, shrine of his great-great grandfather Ahmed Raza Khan,[1] in Bareilly city of India.[2] He is also chairperson of Muslim seminary Manzar-e-Islam.[3] He also edits monthly magazine Ala Hazrat which is published in Urdu language from Dargah.[4][5] His son Maulana Ahsan Raza Khan Qadri has been appointed present head of the Dargah Ala Hazrat.[6]

In 2015 during a protest against illegal encroachment on Waqf properties, he dubbed SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav as an " RSS agent".[7]
