Stephen Kavanagh
Stephen Kavanagh is a British senior police officer. Since May 2013, he has served as Chief Constable of Essex Police.[1] He started his policing career with the Metropolitan Police Service, where he worked in homicide and counter-terrorism, and rose to Deputy Assistant Commissioner.[2][3]
