Stephen Emmer (born 28 January 1958) is an independent Dutch composer, arranger and artist hailing from Amsterdam in the Netherlands. He is the son of former news anchorman Fred Emmer and ballet dancer/actress Roekie Aronds. He has composed many pieces of music for documentaries, television stations and broadcasting organizations, and composed theme music for such programmes as RTL Late Night, RTL Boulevard, RTL Nieuws[1] and NOS Journaal.
