Stella Maynes Maxwell (born 15 May 1990) is a Belgium-born Northern Irish model known for being a Victoria's Secret Angel and the face of Max Factor.

Early life

Maxwell was born in Brussels, Belgium to Northern Irish parents,[3] Stella Maynes and former Diplomat Maurice Maxwell.[4][5] She has three older siblings. Maxwell was raised in Belgium until she was 13 years old,[6] where she attended the European School, Woluwe. She then moved with her family to Canberra, Australia,[6] where they stayed for one year[7] before moving to Wellington, New Zealand when she was 14.[6] She attended Queen Margaret College and the University of Otago, where she was discovered as a model.[6]

Career

She walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2014[8][9] where she was credited. She has been a Victoria's Secret Angel since 2015.[10][11]

In 2016, Maxwell was voted No. 1 in 2016 Maxim's "Hot 100 List".[12]

Personal life

Maxwell splits her time between Los Angeles and New York City.[13]

Since late 2016, she has been in a relationship with American actress Kristen Stewart.[14]
