St James' Hospital was a healthcare facility in Balham, London
History
The hospital was opened as St James' Infirmary by John Burns, the President of the Local Government Board in November 1910.[1] It was renamed St James' Hospital in 1920 and joined the national Health Service in 1948.[1] It merged with St George's Hospital in 1980.[1] The building was closed in 1988 and demolished in 1992.[1][2]
