The Southwestern Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (known as Southwestern Union), is a sub-entity of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists, which is part of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church. It covers the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
The Union is sub-divided into five conferences, each conference being made up of its respective churches and schools. Union headquarters are in Burleson, Texas, a suburb of Fort Worth.

- Southwest Region Conference - Oversees the work of African-American churches and schools in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Headquarters: Dallas, Texas
- Texas Conference - Oversees the work of churches and schools in Texas. Headquarters: Alvarado, Texas
- Texico Conference - Oversees the work of churches and schools in western Texas and New Mexico. Headquarters: Corrales, New Mexico
