Song Bird is the sophomore studio album of singer Deniece Williams released on October 28, 1977 by Columbia Records. The album rose to No. 23 on the Billboard Top R&B Albums chart.[1][4]
Overview
The album cut "Baby, Baby My Love's All for You" rose to nos. 13 & 32 upon the Billboard Hot R&B Songs and UK singles charts respectively.[5][6]
Williams went on to perform the album cut God Is Amazing at the 1984 Grammy Awards.[7][8]
As well the album cut We Have Love for You was sampled upon the 2000 track Remember Them Days by Beanie Siegel featuring Eve. We Have Love for You was also sampled upon the 2006 track Auf Diesem Weg by Curse.[9][10]
