Son of Kashmir: Burhan is an upcoming Pakistani 3D animated feature film, Directed and Written by Rana Abrar, produced by WBJ Media. The film is based on the Kashmir liberation movement. Film is scheduled to be released in 2019. [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]

Plot

Son Of Kashmir (Burhan) movie is based on the issue of Kashmir and tells the story of a young Kashmiri freedom fighter, Burhan Wani, who was indulged in fighting Indian forces before being killed by the Armed forces. He became a member in the Kashmiri separatist movement at a very young age and then went on to become the commander of a Kashmiri separatist organisation Hizbul Mujahideen. Hizbul Mujahideen has been designated as a terrorist group by India,[10] the European Union[11] and the United States[12][13][14][15][16]. The group is active in the state of Jammu and Kashmir since 1989. The current commander of the group is Sayeed Salahudeen. Aftermath, on 8 July 2016, Wani along with two other rebellion were killed by the defence forces in an encounter for indulging in violent activities in the Kashmir valley.
