Sokrates Pantelides

Sokrates Pantelides from the Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015[1] for contributions to point-defect dynamics in semiconductor devices.
