SnatchBot software is a free cloud-based chatbot creation tool designed for social networks.[1][2][3]
History
Founded in 2015 by Henri Ben Ezra and Avi Ben Ezra, SnatchBot is one of the new technology companies coming out of Herzliya Pituach in Israel.[4][5]
In July 2017, Snatchbot sponsored the Chatbot Summit held in Berlin, Germany.[6] As at December 2017, over 30 million end users had engaged with chatbots built on the SnatchBot platform.[7]
Services
SnatchBot helps users to build bots for Facebook messenger, Skype, Slack, SMS, Twitter, and other social network platforms.[8][9][10] SnatchBot also provides free Natural Language Processing models.[11] Coupled with the company's Machine Learning tools, the platform allows for the creation of chatbots that can analyse the users intentions.[12]
