Slana[1] is remote rocky like area on the Island of Pag in Croatia. It is best known for "hosting" the Slana Concentration Camp that was created and destroyed in 1941 by the Ustasha government of the NDH, the fascist puppet state of Germany. The Author Ante Zemljar wrote a detailed description of what happened there in 1941 in the Book Charon and Destinies[2]
