Skyhouse Nashville

Skyhouse is a 25-story rental[1] apartment building located at 17th Avenue South and Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee.[2][3] The building was developed by the Atlanta-based Novare Group. It is by Batson-Cook Development Co.[1] There are 352 units with 10,600 sq ft of ground level retail space.[4]
