Sivantos Group is a manufacturer of hearing aids. It was spun off from Siemens Audiology Solutions after Siemens AG sold the company to EQT VI and Santo Holding GmbH in 2015.[1]

Sivantos Group employs about 6,000 people in more than 25 countries, including affiliates such as HearUSA and Audio Service.[2]

In fiscal year 16/17 Sivantos Group generated revenue of €967 million on pro-forma basis and adjusted EBITDA of €237 million (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization).[3]

Sivantos Group joined the UN Global Compact Initiative in 2017 and began to streamline its social activities and CSR policy. The company’s first Communication on Progress, the annual report to the office of the UN Secretary General, was published on 24 May 2018.[4]

In 2018, Widex and Sivantos (which also owns Signia, Rexton, TruHearing, Audibene, HearUSA and Hear.com) announced an $8B merger, creating the 3rd largest hearing conglomerate in the world.[5]
