Sino Land Company Limited (SEHK: 83) is major developer and property companies in Hong Kong, a member of Sino Group owned by Singaporean Ng Teng Fong family.[1] It is mainly engaged in real estate development for sales and investment.
History
It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1981. In 1995, it became a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Index (blue chip stock).[2]

Sino Land's board consists of the chairman, Robert Ng, as well as four executive directors:[3]
