Sin City Deciples [sic] is a "one-percenter" outlaw motorcycle club that started in Gary, Indiana in 1966.[1] Sometimes referred to as "1934", Sin City prides itself on being open to all men, regardless of race or color.

Sin City was founded by and started to allow minorities such as African American, and other racially segregated communities into the space held by traditional 1% outlaw all-white clubs. By allowing membership to men of all races that meet the strict criteria to become a club member they changed the way in which MC's are now judged, and rapidly grew to become one of the largest 1% clubs in America. The Sin City Deciples are known for breaking the mold of the traditional segregation and racism in 1%er MC's.[2] and continue to be, one of only a handful of traditional motorcycle clubs (MC's) that are not racially segregated

A significant number of "military veterans" are club members, as well as high-level corporate executives that have been hand selected to assist the club in their unique areas of expertise as needed. As with many 1% outlaw clubs, Sin City is shrouded in secrecy surrounding its membership, and the rigorous, secretive, and deadly requirements that must be satiated prior to becoming a full patch member. It has been noted that once a prospect (a 1.5 to 3 year period) becomes a "Full Patch member” you have become a brother for life above all else, thus a "blood in blood out" oath to the club is strictly upheld regardless of the situational, outcome[3] or circumstance required.

The Sin City brotherhood has grown to become one of the most feared Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs due to the aggression towards those that simply speak badly, cutoff, or in any way aggravate a member or friend of the club.[4] There is a great deal of mystique and curiosity by outsiders concerning Sin City's exact numbers and confidential information. This is due to the there large national footprint, operations, daily protocol, and business dealings that consist of major criminal activity and violence.[5] The Sin City Deciples have had numerous RICO charges brought against them over time for offenses constituting racketeering, including gambling, murder, kidnapping, arson, drug dealing, Gun running, bribery and more.[6] to date there have been over 300 arrests including Sin City members, Most recently charges have been brought against chapters in Chicago, Indiana, Florida, Utah, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington.

Members of the club are required, and allowed to ride ONLY Harley-Davidson or Indian motorcycles, and pride themselves on the unity, brotherhood, and the families of all brothers within the "Nation" as their own. As they have developed this unique commodity while riding and defending one another. With large charters in every state across America, in addition to active charters in, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America,[7] they are considered to be one of the oldest and largest outlaw clubs still in existence today. While exact membership is unknown, it has been rumored that they have thousands of active members.

They have numerous support clubs in various states across the country, with the largest support club being the Sin City Titans, that all aspire to become Deciples over time.

[1] Deciples is a portmanteau of the words decibels and disciples.

The club is well known for serving a large number of charity organizations.

The Los Angeles chapter of Sin City Deciples was featured in the 2006 movie Crank.[8]
