Sylvester Peter "Silver" Quilty (born February 8, 1891 – December 2, 1976) was a star football player in the Canadian Football League for the Ottawa Rough Riders. He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 1966 and into the Canada's Sports Hall of Fame in 1975.
