Sigurd Asserson

Sigurd Karsten Asserson (25 June 1882 – 19 July 1937) was a Norwegian civil servant.

He was born in Sandnes. He served as director of the Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries from 1918 to 1937.[1]

He was a Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Commander of the Order of Vasa and a Grand Officer of the Belgian Order of Leopold. He died in July 1937 in Oslo.[2]
