Sidney Gepford (December 15, 1895 – September 9, 1924) was an American football halfback who played one season in the American Professional Football Association with the Decatur Staleys. He first enrolled at Millikin University before transferring to Bethany College. He attended Stephen Decatur High School in Decatur, Illinois. Gepford committed suicide by gunshot on September 9, 1924.[1][2]
