Shwe Toe (Burmese: ရွှေတိုး; born 13 November 1960) was a Burmese Dental Professor. He served as the rector in University of Dental Medicine, Mandalay from 2013 to 2015.[1] Now, He is the rector of the University of Dental Medicine, Yangon.[2] Shwe Toe was born in Yangon, Myanmar on 13 November 1960.[3] He graduated from University of Dental Medicine, Yangon in July 1984.
