Sholem Shtern

Sholem Shtern (1907–1990; Yiddish: שלום שטערן‎) was a Canadian Yiddish poet and novelist, who immigrated to Canada in 1927.[1]

Shtern was born in 1907 in Tishevitz, Poland, and immigrated to Canada in 1927. He was a member of a prominent Yiddish literary family in Montreal.[2]
