Sharafudheen, professionally credited as Sharaf U Dheen, is an Indian film actor who appears in Malayalam films.[1]

Personal life

Sharaf U Dheen hails from Aluva in Kerala, India. After his Higher Secondary education, he did online courses and worked as a car sales executive and later founded a tourism startup called Seasonz India Holidays before foraying into cinema.[2] He married Beema in 2015. She hails from Changanassery. The couple have a daughter named Dua.[3]

Career

He made his acting debut in Neram in 2013, directed by Alphonse Puthren.[4] He also acted in Ohm Shanthi Oshaana directed by Jude Anthany Joseph. He received breakthrough with the Alphonse Putharen-directed comedy Premam in 2015. In the film he played the role of Girirajan Kozhi, a flirt.[5][6] He acted along with Prithviraj Sukumaran in the film Pavada in 2016.[7][8][9] He has also worked in pretham , a debut film where he got the lead role and he has also acted in Carbon(2018) he's now working in an upcoming film Thobama(2018) which is produced by Alphonse puthren.
