Shallon Nadine Lester is an American author and television personality. She is the central figure in the MTV reality show Downtown Girls[1] and blogger for Glamour magazine and a popular video blogger for DoubleAgent.com.[2] In 2008 she published a teen fiction novel, Hot Mess [3] which she co-written with Julie Kraut. Her second novel, a collection of humor memoirs called Exes and Ohs: A Downtown Girl's (Mostly Awkward) Tales of Love, Lust, Revenge and a Little Facebook Stalking, was released June 7, 2011 through Random House.[4]

She has been a gossip writer for the New York Daily News[5] as well as Associate Editor for FHM magazine. Lester now serves as the Deputy Editor at Star Magazine.[6]
