Shaan Singh Hundal (born July 14, 1999) is a Canadian soccer player who currently plays as a forward for Toronto FC II.

Career

Club

On September 1 2016, Hundal signed his first professional contract with Toronto FC II, Toronto FC's reserve team.[1] Hundal becomes the 11th player from the Academy to sign a professional contract with Toronto FC II . He made his professional debut on April 9, 2016 in a 2–1 victory over FC Montreal. Featuring regularly for the reserve side, he later scored his first goal for the club in a 3–1 defeat to Wilmington Hammerheads on May 30, 2016.[2]

International

Hundal was born in Canada to Indian parents.[3] In 2014, Hundal made his debut in the Canadian youth program at the age of 15, and had featured in Under-15, Under-16 and Under-18 camps by the time he had turned 16. In November 2016, Hundal was called to the Canadian under 20 national team for friendlies against Honduras.[4] In February 2017, Hundal was named to Canada's roster for the 2017 CONCACAF U-20 Championship[5]
