Seven is the sixth studio album (seventh overall) by American country rock band Poco. It is the first album they made after leader Richie Furay left the band. The front cover was designed by Phil Hartman.

Later releases
This album was reissued on the Super Audio CD format in July 2018 by UK label Dutton Vocalion, Remastered in both Stereo and Surround Sound from the original analogue tapes by Michael J. Dutton and released as a 2-fer with Poco's "Cantamos" album. The Surround Sound portion of the disc features the Quadraphonic mixes of both "Cantamos" and "Seven" made available for the first time in over 40 years.
