Colonel General Serhiy Mikolayovych Popko (Ukrainian:Сергій Миколайович Попко) is a Ukrainian military general and the current Commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.[1][2] Previously, Popko was the commanding officer of the Ukrainian Anti-Terrorist Operation.[3] He is a graduate of the Kiev Higher Combined Arms Command School.
