Selemon Barega Shirtaga (born 20 January 2000) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner who competes primarily in the 5000 metres.[1] He represented his country at the 2017 World Championships finishing fifth in the final. He also won gold medals at the 2016 World U20 Championships and 2017 World U18 Championships.
