Lt. Gen. Sein Win (Burmese: စိန်ဝင်း, pronounced [sèiɴ wɪ́ɴ]) is the incumbent Minister of Defence of Myanmar,[1] in office since 2015. Previously he was Chief of Staff of the Bureau of Air Defence of the Myanmar Army.[2] He was appointed as Minister of Defence by military officials on 24 August 2015, along with the Minister of Border Affairs.[3][4]
