Scott Nevins (born November 22, 1980) is an American radio and television personality, comedian, and celebrity interviewer who gained nationwide attention for the Bravo series The People's Couch and the truTv show TruTV Presents: World's Dumbest....[1] Nevins was born in Flushing, New York to George and Barbara Nevins.

Career

Television

Scott has appeared on several national television networks, including the Style Network, NBC, QTV, Fuse TV, TruTV, Bravo, Logo TV, and MNN TV. He featured on such televisions shows as truTV Presents: World's Dumbest… and The People's Couch.

Comedy

Scott took his solo tour, "Celebutant: Don't You Know Who I Think I Am?"to destinations such as Los Angeles and Boston. He also headlined his own show at the Carolines on Broadway comedy club. He also toured the U.S. and Canada with other solo comedy acts: "RECE$$IONI$TA", "Cheaper Than A Tank Of Gas!", and "Scott Nevins: One Night Stand."[2]

Hosting

Scott has hosted 3 live events,[3] including several red carpet events for TVLand one being the TV Land Awards. He has also hosted benefit shows, including Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, The Point Foundation, PFLAG, and The Matthew Shepard Foundation.[4].
