Scirpophaga tongyaii is a moth in the family Crambidae. It was described by Lewvanich in 1981.[1] It is found in China (Hainan, Yunnan), India, Myanmar and Thailand.[2]

The wingspan is 25–29 mm for males and 31–39 mm for females. The forewings and hindwings are of the males are pale ochreous white. Females have white forewings and hindwings with an ochreous yellow anal tuft.[3]
