Save Iraqi culture monument (or Nasb Enqath Al thaqafa) (Arabic: نصب انقاذ الثقافة) is monument located in Mansour district in Baghdad, The monument was commissioned in 2010 by the Mayor of Baghdad and the design was the inspiration of Iraqi sculptor, Mohammed Ghani Hikmat. This monument is a cylindrical column of broken stone and the agent of the fall represents the Iraqi culture, and there is a group of hands and arms surrounding it as an expression of its attempt to support it so as not to fall (that is, so to save culture from falling, and written cuneiform symbols meaning here Writing begun).[1]
