Saptagiri (born Venkata Prabhu Prasad) (Telugu: సప్తగిరి) is an Indian film actor and comedian who has mainly in Tollywood.
Early life
Sapthagiri was born in Punganuru in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.[2] His father was a guard in forest department. He has an older brother. His name was Venkata Prabhu Prasad, later he changed his name to Saptagiri because of an incident which happened in Tirumala.
Career
Sapthagiri moves to Hyderabad to pursue his career in Tollywood, and struggled a lot before getting a break. He started film acting career with Bhaskar's film Bommarillu he used to work as an assistant director. Saptagiri got a chance to play a comedian role. He earned name as a Mini Brahmanandam[3] in terms of remuneration and fame in low budget comedy movies.[4]He happened to be one of the actors who bagged Padmasri Alluramlingaiah award in the recent past.
Saptagiri who started his career as an assistant director and turned as an actor. He acted as a comedian in many films and he came as a hero in 2016 with Saptagiri Express which got a good response from the audience and now he is coming with Saptagiri LLB, released on 8 December 2017.which got avergave response
