Sanctuary Lakes Resort
Sanctuary Lakes is a luxury housing estate in Point Cook, Victoria, Australia. It is known for its golf club, beautiful lake, walking trails, spectacular houses and gated communities.[1] It comprises around 5000 houses and is resident run. All the gardening inside Sanctuary Lakes is maintained by the body corporate, which is resident funded. Residents have access to a gym, pool, spa and tennis courts without any additional costs. The estate also has its own security team that patrols the estate 24/7. The Golf club is managed by a separate company. Around the main lake there are a few artificial beaches along with parks for everyone to enjoy. The lake is also known to be good for fishing.

Sanctuary Lakes Club is a golfing estate in Sanctuary Lakes Resort, including an 18-hole Greg Norman designed golf course and 168 acres (680,000 m²) of lake.

Fauna
A large variety of birds can be seen in Sanctuary Lakes. Blue tongue lizards are also common.
