Samuel Northmore (birth registered January→March 1872[1] death unknown) was an English rugby union footballer of the 1890s. He played at representative level for England, and at club level for Millom,[2] as a fly-half, i.e. number 10. Prior to the 1899/1900 season: Millom was a rugby union club.

Northmore won a cap for England while at Millom in 1897 against Ireland.[3]

Change of Code

When Millom converted from the rugby union code to the rugby league code for the 1899/1900 season, Samuel Northmore continued to play under Northern Union rules [4]
