Niki and Sammy Albon (born 20 February 1992) are twin British YouTube personalities and radio presenters.

Background

The pair are from Canvey Island in Essex. They graduated from Roehampton University [1]

Careers

The pair, launched the Niki 'n' Sammy YouTube channel in June 2013.[2] As of July 2018 the channel has 197000 subscribers. The Albons received global media attention after losing a combined 16 stone (101 kg)[3] and were interviewed on Irish radio and Australian television[4][5] Albon has hosted a CBBC Official Chart Show, a BBC Radio 1 programme,[6] and is an Anti-Bullying Ambassador.[7]

During the 2015 United Kingdom general election, the twins interviewed Labour leader Ed Miliband.[8]

They were backstage hosts at the 2016 BBC Music Awards.[9]

The Peachy Podcast

Niki and Sammy's Peachy Podcast is a British podcast which airs on BBC Radio 1 on Mondays.[12] The first series ran between 19 February 2018 and 7 May 2018, and was renewed for a second season, which started airing on 14 May 2018. Both series feature 12 episodes in total.
