Samip Mallick is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the South Asian American Digital Archive (SAADA).[1] He co-founded SAADA in 2008,[2] and began working on the archive full-time in 2012.[3]

He was formerly the Director of the University of Chicago Library's Ranganathan Center for Digital Information.[1]

Mallick has been interviewed as an expert on South Asian American history by The New York Times,[4] NBC News,[5] CityLab,[6] The World,[7] Scroll.in,[8] and OZY.[9]
