Sam Goi Seng Hui (Chinese: 魏成輝; pinyin: Wèi Chénghuī), also known as Singapore's "Popiah King", is the chairman of Tee Yih Jia Foods. He is known for selling "popiah" (薄饼) skins, a soft, thin paper-like crepe or pancake made from wheat flour.[2][3][4]

In 2008, he was the largest single shareholder in Super Coffeemix.[5]
