Saiful Islam Khan (Bengali: সাইফুল ইসলাম খান) served as the National Commissioner (Public Relations and Publication) of the Bangladesh Scouts, as well as a member of the Asia-Pacific Region Marketing Committee.
In 2005, he was awarded the 305th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[1][2]
