Saeed Raashad Blacknall (born March 17, 1996) is an American football wide receiver for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Penn State.

After going undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, Blacknall signed with the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2018, along with Penn State teammate Jason Cabinda.[1] He played against Detroit Lions (won 16 to 10), Los Angeles Rams (lost 15 to 19), Green Bay Packers (won 13 to 6) and Seattle Seahawks (won 30 to 19) during the NFL preseason scoring a touchdown in week 4 before being waived on September 1, 2018 and was signed to the practice squad.[2][3]
