Synaptotagmin binding, cytoplasmic RNA interacting protein, also known as Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein Q is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SYNCRIP gene.[5][6][7]

Interactions

SYNCRIP has been shown to interact with ACF,[6][8] APOBEC1,[6] SYT7[9] and SYT9,[9]
