SAMCO Securities is a Mumbai-based online discount broker and the execution broker for the Indian Trading League.[1] It offers retail broking solutions using a flat fee model at Rs. 20 per transaction[2] on India’s leading Stock Exchanges (NSE, BSE, MSEI, MCX and NCDEX) across stocks, futures, options, currencies and commodities.[3] Commodity transactions are routed through SAMCO Commodities Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary. The Company has set up a service center in Ahmedabad City of Gujarat.[4]

History

SAMCO Ventures Private Limited was incorporated in March 2015.[5] It acquired Samruddhi Stock Brokers Limited and re-branded it to SAMCO Securities. In the same year, it launched the Indian Trading League (ITL[6]), India's only commodity and stocks investment and trading league.[7]

In February 2016, SAMCO Securities became the first discount broker in India to offer a margin funding facility with its "Cashplus" product.[8]
