Seward Lincoln "Suey" Mains Sr.[n1][1] (March 31, 1865 –February 9, 1934) was an American football coach. He served as the sixth head football coach at Doane College in Crete, Nebraska and he held that position for two seasons, from 1899 until 1900. His coaching record at Doane was 4–5.[2]
Mains was born in Danville, Iowa, in 1865.[3] He died in 1934.
