Ruhul Quddus Talukder "Dulu" (born 7 September 1962) is a Bangladeshi lawyer and Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Natore-2 from 1996 to 2006.[1][2] He served as Deputy Minister for Land. During the BNP-Jammat-E-Islami government, he used his men to protect Bangla Bhai, the military head of the terrorist organisation Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh.[3]

In 2012, he, along with Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Hannan Shah and Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir were jailed for political riots. They were later released.[4]
