Rovio Animation, Ltd. is the Animation division of Kaiken Entertainment, formerly Rovio Entertainment, which produced the Angry Birds video game. In March 2017, Kaiken Entertainment, founded by former Rovio CEO Mikael Hed, acquired Rovio Animation.[1]
