The rough-skinned horned toad or Tonkin spadefoot toad (Xenophrys palpebralespinosa) is a species of amphibian in the family Megophryidae. It is found in southern China (Yunnan and Guangxi), northern Vietnam, and northern Laos (Phongsaly Province).[2] Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.[1]
Xenophrys palpebralespinosa is a small toad, measuring only 37 mm (1.5 in) in length.[3]
