Ronnie Leten (born December 12, 1956) is a Belgian businessman. He serves as the chairman of Electrolux, and as the prospective chairman of Ericsson.
Early life
Ronnie Leten was born on December 12, 1956 in Beringen, Belgium.[1] He graduated from the University of Hasselt, where he earned a bachelor's degree in 1979.
Career
Leten began his career at General Biscuit from 1979 to 1985.[1] He worked for Atlas Copco for 32 years,[1] serving as chief executive officer and president from 2009 to 2017.[2]
Leten has served as the chairman of Electrolux since 2014.[2] In October 2017, he was appointed to succeed Leif Johansson as the chairman of Ericsson, subjec to a vote at the 2018 shareholder meeting.[3]
