Rolanda Chanel Bell (born 27 October 1987) is a female steeplechase runner from Panama.[2] She competed in the at the 2015 World Championships, however, in her heat she misjudged one of the jumps and fell headfirst into the water pit, consequently finishing last.[3][4]

Rolanda Bell coaches athletes privately [5] and trains with the NorCal Distance Project under Drew Wartenburg, alongside Olympian Kim Conley.[6]

She was born in Queens, New York to a Panamanian father and an American mother.
