Rogét Chahayed (born May 31, 1988), is an American record producer, songwriter, and pianist. He has worked with major artists such as Travis Scott, DRAM, Calvin Harris, Lil Yachty, Miguel, Kesha, Halsey, G-Eazy, Bebe Rexha, Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre.[1][2]
Chahayed co-produced and cowrote DRAM's multi-Platinum, Grammy-nominated hit "Broccoli." He is also a producer and cowriter of Halsey's multi-Platinum hit "Bad at Love" and Travis Scott's Platinum hit "Sicko Mode," and cowriter of Miguel's Platinum hit "Sky Walker."[3]
Early life and career
Chahayed has been playing the piano since he was 7. He attended the San Francisco Conservatory of Music on a scholarship, studying under professor Yoshikazu Nagai. He graduated in 2010 with a degree in Piano Performance. He is currently based in Los Angeles, California.[4][5] As a producer and keyboard player, Chahayed has worked with Travis Scott, DRAM, Hit Boy, Miguel, Solange Knowles, Halsey, Lil Yachty, CL, Bruno Mars, A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Big Krit, Juan Gabriel, Doja Cat, J Balvin, Jon Connor, Calvin Harris, Moses Sumney, Travis Mills, Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre among others.[6][7][8]
