Robinson Department Store (Thai: ห้างสรรพสินค้าโรบินสัน) was launched as the department store business in 1979 and was registered in the stock exchange of Thailand in 1992, recognized under the name “ROBINS”. The Company’s securities are categorized in the “SET 50”.
Currently, Robinson PCL and subsidiaries operated the department store business under the brand “Robinson” and the shopping center business under the brand “Robinson Lifestyle”, with the determination to be the shopping destination where customers can get maximum satisfaction from their visits, with outstanding services provided by our staff members and wide arrays of products in order to satisfy changing lifestyles of customers.
Furthermore, the Company has launched the OMNI –Channel business via ROBINSON SHOPPING ONLINE and the online shopping system ‘Click and Collect’ on www.robinson.co.th. ‘Click and Collect’ is the integration of online and offline shopping experiences, including the most recent service Robinson Chat & Shop via Line @RobinsonOnline, with our staff members performed like a personal shopping assistant.
In this regard, there will be a total of 48 branches by the end of 2018; 11 branches in Bangkok and metropolitan area and 37 branches in other provinces, together with 2 branches in Vietnam.
